Google Cloud Support Fee

Standard, Enhanced, and Premium support are billed as a percentage of your monthly spend rather than as a flat fee. The percentage applies to list prices before negotiated discounts and credits. That has a useful consequence: every dollar of waste you remove also removes its share of support cost, so real savings are slightly larger than the line item suggests, unless you are paying the minimum.

Billed: A percentage of monthly eligible charges at list price, before discounts and credits, with a minimum monthly charge. Standard Support is a flat percentage; Enhanced and Premium step down as spend rises.
